We are excited to announce the merger of Innovative TCS, LLC, Integrated POS, LLC, and Nimbus Cloud Services, LLC, effective February 1^st, 2022.  From this date onward the combined entities will be operating as TekElement, LLC.

Our firm began its practice in 2008, and the growth over the past 14 years has largely been a result of referrals from our client base.  Our professional staff has grown and developed to meet the increased demand and keep up with the everchanging technology.  We have been able to attract high-quality, committed individuals, and invested in their training, development, and personal growth.  We are extremely thankful and appreciative for the relationships we have built.

We’ve always been committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, and that includes our brand. So, we decided it was time to update our brand as a unified organization to reflect that commitment.

As a leader in the DFW technology market, it is important for us to make information regarding our services easily accessible. Consolidating these companies as a combined organization allows us to provide a wider array of technology services without burdening our customers with the unnecessary complexity of numerous engagements and billings from multiple operating entities.

This consolidation will better position our organization as a technology solutions provider focused on serving the following industry verticals; IT Managed Services, Cloud Hosting, Cyber Security, and Point of Sale.
